COW film series features French drama
Set in Germany and France in the immediate aftermath of the First World War (1914-18), “Frantz” recalls the mourning period that follows great national tragedies as seen through the eyes of the war’s “lost generation.”
“Frantz” will be the third film shown as part of The College of Wooster’s department of French and Francophone studies film series on Thursday, Jan. 31 at 7 p.m. in Gault Recital Hall of Scheide Music Center.
The film will have English subtitles, and refreshments will be served. Admission is free and open to the public.
