Digital artist’s work to be featured at Dover Library

The Dover Public Library invites the public to view the work of artist Deb Penland, the featured artist for the month of August.
Combining digital elements with still photography, Penland creates works of art that are whimsical with some of the pieces using images taken at Dover Public Library.
“I love to tell stories with my art,” Penland said. “I also strive to continue growing as an artist by learning new techniques and incorporating them into my art.”
The public is reminded if they or someone they know has art they’d like to share with the community to contact the library.
