"ELF the Musical," based on the 2003 movie, will come to the Performing Arts Center at Kent State University at Tuscarawas on Nov. 7 at 7:30 p.m.

"ELF" is the tale of Buddy, a young orphan child who mistakenly crawls into Santa’s bag of gifts and is transported back to the North Pole. Unaware he is actually human, Buddy’s enormous size and poor toy-making abilities cause him to face the truth.

With Santa’s permission Buddy embarks on a journey to New York City to find his birth father, discover his true identity and help New York remember the true meaning of Christmas.

Tickets for "ELF the Musical" start at $55 and are on sale now at the Performing Arts Center box office, by calling 330-308-6400 or online at www.kent.edu/tusc/pac. The box office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Free parking is available for all shows. Kent State Tuscarawas is located at 330 University Drive NE in New Philadelphia.
