First Fed promotes employees

First Federal Community Bank announced the promotion of Suzanne Moore to banking officer.


First Federal Community Bank announced the promotion of Angela Delong to vice president and the election of Suzanne Moore to banking officer.

Delong has been with First Federal for 22 years, serving as the bank's compliance officer, security officer and internal auditor. She was responsible for handling all aspects of compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as the overall security for the entire bank branch network.

Delong is a graduate of Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School and Leadership Tuscarawas. She has progressed through a variety of positions within the bank with increasing responsibility including teller, operations clerk and financial-service representative. She serves the community through the Tuscarawas County Convention and Visitors Bureau and is chairman of the board of directors. She resides with her husband David and their children in Dover.

Moore has 24 years of banking experience and has been with First Federal for more than three years, serving as the cash-management specialist. She was responsible for developing service relationships with business customers to aid them in improving their overall cash-management capabilities through the use of automated bank tools and credit card merchant processing. The position she held was newly created when she was hired and has achieved strong overall growth as a result of her efforts.

Moore is a graduate of Rootstown High School and has completed a variety of bank-education coursework. She lives in New Philadelphia with her husband Tom.
