Friendship meals, a nonprofit outreach to the community, are weekly, free meals prepared by volunteers and served every Thursday from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at Christ United Church of Christ, 301 N. Main St., Orrville.
January offerings include brats, sauerkraut, potatoes and dessert on Jan. 2; broccoli cheese soup, sloppy joes, chips, fruit and dessert on Jan. 9; breakfast casserole, pancakes, hash browns and fruit on Jan. 16; ham loaf, sweet potatoes, green beans, fruit and cake on Jan. 23; and pizza, salad, fruit and dessert on Jan. 30.
