The Thunder Valley Pioneers 4-H club has been meeting via Zoom. Members can all log on and talk and see each other. This helps them stay social during this time period. Officers were elected by voting using Survey Monkey, a free online survey tool.

The following were elected: Laney Barger, president; Caitlynn Long, vice president; Peyton Barger, secretary; Emma Koile, treasurer; Nick Szoke, news reporter; Makenna Lewis, health; Maycee Lewis, safety; and Caden Vosick, recreation.

During the last meeting, members discussed doing club demonstrations by video and posting them to Facebook for everyone to watch.

The recreation officer emailed everyone a scavenger hunt to complete.

Members have been doing community service on their own including making cards for nursing home residents who cannot have visitors right now and picking up trash at parks and along roads.

Club members also are working on projects. At the next meeting, members will bring forth ideas for their fair booth and will vote on a favorite booth idea using Survey Monkey.
