TOPS discusses 4-step plan
On Aug. 14, TOPS OH1573 Nashville opened with pledges. Donna Goodwill was best weekly loser. She said to drink healthy fluids and limit high calorie drinks. Lana Rush was best weekly KOPS, and the club began Healthy Trip Across America as a new contest.
Leo Tope gave a program from TOPS News May/June 2024 titled “More Veggies, Please,” in which Barbara Marsh said, “Cutting sugar and flour leads to sustainable weight loss.” Her four-step program is abstain from sugar and flour products, preplan daily meals, weigh and measure, and eat plenty of vegetables at lunch and dinner.
TOPS meets Wednesdays at the Nashville Global Methodist Church at 5:30 p.m., with weigh-in at 5 p.m. The first meeting is free.
