AU Standard podcast about, for business leaders
The spotlight turns on Ashland University’s Corporate Connections with the launch of the AU Standard, a new podcast about business leaders for business leaders, hosted by Dan Lawson, executive director of corporate and workforce development.
“The AU Standard grew out of several conversations with our corporate partners,” Lawson said. “It is for corporate leaders who want to hear ideas about what works in other companies. We feature executives and leaders who have been successful in their respective fields as they share stories and tips about what is working for them. You never know where your next best idea will come from.”
Topics include "how to build a vibrant corporate culture that keeps employees" with the J.M. Smucker Co., "women breaking down barriers in a STEM company" with Charles River Laboratories, "how an employee-owned business empowers its employees" with Buehler's Fresh Foods, and "how to build and grow an over billion-dollar portfolio bank" with Park National Bank.
