Local graduate receives grant

The Friends of the Tuscarawas County Public Library of New Philadelphia announced the recipient of its Nellie Stockwell Memorial Grant in Aid.
Olivia Martin, a 2018 graduate of Strasburg Franklin High School, is the recipient of the $500 grant named after the library’s first librarian at its New Philadelphia location.
