Local students were among the 528 graduates awarded diplomas by President Adam Weinberg at Denison University’s 178th commencement ceremony in May.

                        

There were 528 graduates awarded diplomas by President Adam Weinberg at Denison University’s 178th commencement ceremony, which was held on Saturday, May 18.

Brandon Kozak of Millersburg received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison with a major in health, exercise and sports studies and a minor in biology.

Wooster native Tyler Billings received a Bachelor of Science degree from Denison, magna cum laude, with a major in biochemistry, and Wooster native Eric Buehler received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison with a major in data analytics (political science) and a minor in computer science.

As Denison continues to build upon its strengths, its focus is on deepening mentorship, expanding the liberal arts curriculum, reinventing the career-exploration process and leveraging a close proximity to Columbus.
