ECOFA to meet in Dover

The Environmental Quality Incentives Program is NRCS’ flagship conservation program to helps farmers, ranchers and forest landowners integrate conservation into working lands.


The East Central Ohio Forestry Association will meet at the Dover Library on the first Wednesday of every month at 7 p.m.

Each month a different speaker will present a topic relevant to the woodlands and natural habitat of the area.

Mike Hamilton from National Resources Conservation Service will talk about issues of drainage and financing on Feb. 1. He also will give information about the Environmental Quality Incentives Program. All are welcome.

This program will be held in the community room at the DPL, 525 N. Walnut St.
