Glenmont Gun Show coming on Oct. 8
The 2022 Fall Glenmont Gun Show will take place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Glenmont Community Center Saturday, Oct. 8.
Hunters and outdoorsmen need to clear their calendar Saturday, Oct. 8, so they can attend the upcoming 2022 Fall Glenmont Gun Show.
This show will take place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Glenmont Community Center located at 108 Main Street in Glenmont. General admission is $5, and there will be free parking and a lunch stand, as well as breakfast beginning at 7:30 a.m. and going until the food is gone.
The public is invited to join the hunting fun and buy, sell and trade guns as well as have them appraised.
There will be many vendors in attendance, along with a raffle drawing at 3 p.m. Prizes for the raffle include first prize, a Savage .110 350 Legend rifle; second prize, a Smith & Wesson Shield 9 mm; third prize, a Taurus G2 9 mm; and fourth prize, a Savage Rascal .22.
Tickets are $10 each, and only 300 tickets will be sold. Those who purchase tickets need not be present at the time of the drawing to win.
All proceeds from the event will go to the maintenance budget for the Glenmont Community Center.
