OneEighty a 2022 Top Workplaces winner
OneEighty was recently named a 2022 Top Workplaces winner by Cleveland.com and the Plain Dealer. The Top Workplaces designation was awarded to 220 organizations in Northeast Ohio. OneEighty competed in the small business category.
“We are grateful to be recognized with this group of outstanding organizations. It’s an incredible testament to our staff and their dedication,” said Bobbi Douglas, OneEighty executive director.
The 200 chosen companies, nonprofits and schools were divided into three categories: small (35-149 employees), midsize (150-499) and large (500 or more). Employees participated in an anonymous survey regarding employee engagement, cultural drivers and benefit opportunities.
OneEighty had over 90% of employees complete the survey, with most of the staff stating helping people being the top reason for working at OneEighty.
