Instructor Cathleen Misko will present a four-part series titled Meditation in Motion every Tuesday morning during the month of June at the Dover Library.

Tai chi is the practice of gentle movement and stretches designed to improve flexibility, strength and balance. It also can increase energy. Participants may choose to engage in the movements from a standing position or while sitting in a chair.

“Since we will be learning and practicing the postures in a small group,” said Sherrel Rieger, adult program specialist, “it will be a fun and beneficial experience.”

These sessions will be held every Tuesday in June at 11 a.m. in the community room at the DPL, 525 N. Walnut St., Dover.

Register online at www.doverlibrary.org or call the library at 330-343-6123.
