Historic Zoar Village is seeking volunteers to help with its annual Harvest Festival, which will take place July 27 and 28, and for several days leading up to the festival.

People who have trucks, trailers, ladders and other equipment they can bring to the job are being sought, as are people for the following tasks: general set-up and tear-down, ticket sales the days of the event, providing visitors with information about upcoming events, setting up and taking down “road closed” signs, erecting pop-up tents for ticket sales at various locations, stacking tables and chairs and stringing wires and testing lights inside tents, and various other set-up and clean-up jobs.

If available July 27 and 28 or the week leading up to it, even for a few hours, contact the Zoar Community Association. If unable to help with the Harvest Festival, this National Historic Landmark District is always in need of volunteers. Interested parties should call 330-874-3011 for more information or to sign up to volunteer.
