Dr. Richard Clark, a graduate of the Ohio State University, has been providing primary care for more than 28 years within various state and county agencies. He also has practiced in private and hospital settings.

                        

As part of Community Mental Healthcare’s continued growth to meet the needs of the community, the agency has hired Dr. Richard Clark, M.D., at its health center in Dover. Community Family Health Center is a service of CMH. Clark will provide primary care services for all ages at the health center.

Clark, a graduate of the Ohio State University, has been providing primary care for over 28 years within various state and county agencies. He also has practiced in private and hospital settings.

“We are excited to welcome Dr. Clark to our agency,” said JJ Boroski, executive director of Community Mental Healthcare. “His unique experience and understanding of our agency’s goals provides a great opportunity to further expand our services in Tuscarawas and Carroll counties.”

Located at 204 S. Bellevue Ave. in Dover, Community Family Health Center provides primary care, dental care and medication assisted treatment. Appointments with Clark are now being scheduled for individuals of all ages covered by Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance. A sliding-fee scale is available for those who qualify.
