County represented well at fundraiser

Tuscarawas County was represented at the annual Gene Targeting event May 30 at Hill ‘N Dale Outdoor Club in Medina. The event benefited the Research Institute for Children’s Health at Case Western Reserve University, which works to accelerate treatments and cures for genetic diseases. The institute is led by Director Mitch Drumm, Ph.D., a native of New Philadelphia.
The 10-year anniversary celebration of Giving Kids Hope will take place Sept. 20 at the Tinkham Veale University Center in Cleveland.
