Treat stop created for the dogs
Instead of a traditional book box, two local entrepreneurs have launched a new way to give back to the community — this time for four-legged residents.
Located at 531 Evergreen Drive in Dover, the new community stop offers free dog treats, toys and waste bags for dog walkers passing by. The goal is to provide a resource for pet owners while spreading a little joy in the neighborhood.
“We wanted to do something simple that could brighten someone’s day — or their dog’s,” the entrepreneurs said. “This is our way of giving back to the community we love.”
The station is available year round for anyone walking through the area with their dog.
