She’s trying to buy a car. And a trying experience it is. For too many people, that’s the reality of what should be an exciting experience. Here’s a better idea. Get together with someone who cares enough to provide a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere, and provides coffee and a flat screen TV for entertainment. Oh, and a space to keep the kids from getting bored. This is the new, and the old, at Chuck Nicholson GMC Mazda in Dover. Their Open House will be the time to see the new showroom, beautifully renovated, tastefully decorated, spacious and bright. If a customer must wait, this is the place to do it. There are separate areas for GMC and Mazda vehicles, and a convenient service check-in area. What has not changed is the people. Much of the Nicholson staff has been there for a decade or two. These are people who will be happy to see a customer in six months or in five years, because they know their customer has been treated well.
