As a precautionary measure, the Holmes County General Health District is canceling outreach immunization clinics for the month of December.

Closing are immunization clinics held at Walnut Creek Mennonite Church on Dec. 8, St. John’s Lutheran Church on Dec. 2, Holmes County General Health District on Dec. 11 and Oasis Youth Center on Dec. 9.

Adhering to the guidance from the Ohio Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to mitigate community spread of the coronavirus and ensure the health and safety of residents and staff, outreach immunizations will plan to resume later. The HCGHD will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates for future outreach clinics.

For general questions regarding COVID-19, residents may call the Ohio Department of Health COVID-19 Call Center seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at 1-833-427-5634.
