Adene Keller will present “How to Transition into a Plant-based Diet” on Tuesday, April 24. This session is for those wanting to start a plant-based diet but have no idea where to start.

                        

Aultman Orrville Hospital will host three Health Talks in April as part of a monthly educational speaker series. All Health Talks will begin at 6 p.m. in Aultman Orrville’s community room. These talks are free and open to the public.

Dr. Ross Campensa, an emergency-room physician, will present “Face Stroke Before It Faces You” on Tuesday, April 3. Initial symptoms of a stroke can occur suddenly. Join Campensa as he discusses the warning signs, treatment, types, causes and recovery of a stroke.

Dr. Rodney Miller, Wooster Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center, will present “Treatment of Knee Arthritis — Stem Cells to Custom Knee Replacements” on Tuesday, April 10. Not all knee and pain treatment is the same. Join Miller as he explains knee arthritis, nonoperative treatments and custom-made total knee replacement options.

Join Keller as she explains how to begin the transition to a plant-based diet without a huge learning curve.
