Shady Lawn in Dalton finishes unit renovation
The Orrville Area Chamber of Commerce, along with staff from Shady Lawn and chamber members, celebrated the completed renovations in the Transitional Care Unit at Shady Lawn in Dalton with a ribbon cutting and chamber coffee connection on Aug. 13.

The newly renovated TCU offers private rooms with a private walk-in shower. Shady Lawn provides respite stays, wound care, IV therapy, bipap, PT/OT/ST, hospice/palliative services, peritoneal dialysis, medication management, catheter care and more.
Also new to the facility is a private, nine-bed female behavior unit. Shady Lawn staffs a full-time activities director to meet the individualized social and mental well-being of all residents. They have partnered with Viaquest for therapeutic behavioral services.
