The Wayne County Fair board announced changes in some of the grandstand entertainment and ticket sales for the 2020 Wayne County Fair.

Due to the restrictions and safety guidelines set in place for the fair, the previously announced shows of Jeff Foxworthy, Chicks with Hits, and Tommy James and the Shondells are the acts that have been canceled at this time. No final decisions have been made to cancel the OSTPA Tractor Pull, Buckeye Rodeo or Demolition Derby. Along with these shows, the fair board is currently looking into other possible entertainment for the grandstand.

Ticket sales for the grandstand shows will not go on sale as previously announced. Follow the official fair Facebook page and website for ticket-sale updates. Those that have already purchased their block/box seats will be notified as to ticket options as grandstand entertainment is finalized.

"We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding in these ever-changing and unsettling times while presenting a fair with the health and safety of all participants and attendees in mind," the fair board said in a release.

The Wayne County Fair is scheduled to be held Sept. 12-17.
