The Holmes County Board of Elections urges voters to respond immediately by completing and returning the form that has been sent to them. Boards are required to mail confirmation notices to all electors identified as part of the process, and the confirmation notice requests the elector supply the board of elections with a current address by completing and returning the form mailed to that elector.

                        

Boards of elections around Ohio are currently conducting the 2021 annual general voter records maintenance program. The program process identifies electors who match with the National Change of Address database maintained by the United States Postal Service or voters who have not voted in the last two years.

Boards are required to mail confirmation notices to all electors identified as part of the process. The confirmation notice requests the elector supply the board of elections with a current address by completing and returning the form mailed to that elector.

The Holmes County Board of Elections urges voters to respond immediately by completing and returning the form that is sent to them. Voters not responding will need to verify addresses when voting at future elections and may need to vote a provisional ballot and register in another precinct or county in order to vote.
