Anyone in the community wanting to donate toys and/or nonperishable canned and boxed food items for the 2018 Share-A-Christmas Toy and Food Drive can bring them to Starlight Enterprises Inc.

The donated toys and unexpired food items can be dropped off at two of Starlight’s locations: 246 E. High Ave. or 400 E. High Ave. in New Philadelphia. Drop-off times at the sites are from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday until Dec. 3.

Starlight will be delivering all donated Share-A-Christmas toys to the WJER FFA toy drive and the food items to the Tuscora Park Pavilion. The ages of the children benefiting from the toy donations will be 12 years and under.

According to Tracy Aubihl, Community Connections manager, the collecting and delivering of the toys to the WJER FFA toy drive and the food items to Tuscora have become a holiday tradition at Starlight.
