Wooster Rec Dept. has upcoming programs
The Wooster Recreation Department will offer programs for all ages in the upcoming months. To register or for more information, go to www.woosteroh.com/recreation or call 330-263-5207.
Senior Hikes at Wooster Memorial Park for age 50 and older will meet Wednesdays at 1 p.m. All participating seniors must be registered and have current Adult and COVID-19 waivers on file. Waivers are available online.
Track Camp for grade 3-8 will be June 14-18 from 6-8 p.m.
A spring T-ball clinic for age 4-5 will be Monday and Wednesday, May 17-26.
Registration is open for these tennis programs:
—Pop Tennis Clinic June 7 at 6 p.m. for age 8-12 and 7 p.m. for adults. Call for details.
—Summer Smash Jr. Tennis Camp for k-3 June 21-24 at 6 p.m. and grade 4-6 at 7 p.m. Kids get free racquet, ball and T-shirt with registration.
There will be a 2021 farmers market at the Wooster Community Center every Thursday from 8 a.m. to noon, July 8 through Oct. 8. They are taking vendor registrations. Call for information and a packet.
