Bryce James Ross, age 11 of Dover, died of a sudden illness on Nov. 6, 2018.

Bryce was born in Union Hospital on Sept. 1, 2007. He was a student at Dover Middle School in the sixth grade, where he loved being part of the “band family.” He played the saxophone. He also loved playing baseball and basketball.

Bryce was an avid fan of the Cleveland Indians, Browns, Cavaliers and also the Ohio State Buckeyes. Additionally Bryce enjoyed night fishing with his family and caring for his dog, Crowley. His sweet spirit will long be remembered by those who knew and loved Bryce. He always had a smile on his face and was a joy to be around.

Bryce will be deeply missed by his mother, Melissa C. (Delooze) Ross, and her fiancé, James Davis of Dover; his siblings, Tristin Tomblin, Aurora “Rory” Ross and Alex Ross; and numerous aunts, uncles, friends and extended family.

A memorial visitation will be held in the Geib Funeral Center at Dover on Thursday, Nov. 15 from 4-6 p.m. with a memorial service beginning at 6 p.m.
