Ohio better off with DeWine, Husted

Letter to the Editor,

The contrast between the DeWine-Husted administration and the Biden-Harris administration couldn’t be more stark. Our country is facing sky-high inflation, the likes of which we haven’t seen in years. We are witnessing a crisis at our southern border and abroad and attacks on our civil liberties as a result of reckless Democrat leadership.

Fortunately, and thanks to Republican leaders like Mike DeWine, Ohio is a firewall against radical liberal policies. Family values are celebrated here in Ohio. We rally around our men and women in uniform and stand for Constitutional rights, freedom and life.

Businesses and families are moving to Ohio, and we are experiencing record job growth and investment. Gov. DeWine cut taxes by $3.6 billion for all Ohioans while balancing the budget.

Thanks to the DeWine team and their conservative principles, Ohio won the historic Intel Semiconductor development, which will bring more than 20,000 good-paying jobs to the Buckeye State and will create generational opportunities for Ohioans including in Wayne County.

Mike DeWine is the most pro-life governor in Ohio history. He proudly signed the “Heartbeat Bill,” among other critical pro-life legislation, and is a strong voice for the unborn.

Now more than ever, we need leaders who champion law enforcement. While radicals pushed to defund our police, Gov. DeWine proved his support of our men and women in uniform — investing more than $250 million to give them resources they need to keep Ohio communities safe.

Mike DeWine has spent his career fighting crime and will always stand for the rule of law and our Constitutional rights. He has signed every pro-Second Amendment legislation to cross his desk including “Stand Your Ground Law” and most recently “Constitutional Carry.”

Ohio is better off for Mike DeWine’s leadership. I’ll be voting for Gov. Mike DeWine and Lt. Gov. Jon Husted for four more years of fighting and winning for Ohio, and I hope you will join me.
