Orrville resident supports Graber
Letter to the Editor:
I am writing this letter in support of Bob Graber and his candidacy for Wayne County commissioner.
My father started his business, Marshallville Packing Company, in 1960 and Tucker Packing Company in Orrville in 1973. Our family has known Bob for over 30 years. I could recite all the good things about him and his family, but these were already highlighted in Jack Gant's letter of March 17.
There is a reason we all have decided to live and raise families here in Wayne County, and I think that Bob epitomizes that "feeling." It is hard to equate, but look at his background, accomplishments, desire to serve, religion, family, character and work ethic. It is what we all strive for: that sense of fulfillment that comes from endeavoring to do the right things.
We are here because we want the Bob Grabers of the world to be our neighbors, have our children play together, worship together, do business together and grow old together. We now have an opportunity to elect a man of that ilk to be a Wayne County commissioner. Don't pass up the privilege of voting for Bob. He will represent the entire county and work to keep this place where families can be planted, raised and celebrated.
