Letter to the Editor,

A huge shoutout to the Wooster and Wayne County community for all you’ve done to help the People to People Christmas Toy Project have another successful year — providing for over 400 children.

The toy committee would especially like to thank Schaeffler for its most generous monetary donation; the Greystone Event Center for the use of its beautiful facility; Wooster Glass for making the Plexiglas shields we used; the Triway girls basketball team and the Wooster Athletics groups for loading and unloading all our boxes; Wooster Motor Ways for transporting all those boxes; Welcome Home Simms Realty for cleaning up after us; local churches, organizations, businesses, Kean and Melrose schools, and individuals who donated toys or monies; all the volunteers who weathered the conditions and helped at the project; the staff and volunteers at People to People for all the behind-the-scenes prep; and last but not least, the clients who put smiles on our faces.

Without any one of you, we could not have accomplished this feat.

Thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. May you all receive your kindnesses returned many times over.

Cheryl Behrend
