Kidron artist to hold solo show
Kidron landscape artist J N Salsburey will hold an art show on Dec. 11 at Salem Mennonite, located between Dalton and Kidron.
With the annual Dalton Arts and Crafts Show canceled again, local artist J N Salsburey will host his own show on Saturday, Dec. 11 at the Salem Mennonite Gallery, located in the church at 3363 Zuercher Road between Dalton and Kidron.
Salsburey, from Kidron, is a landscape artist who works in oils, acrylic and watercolors. All are welcome to stroll through the gallery from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. to view the art on display, and Salsburey will be on hand to guide quick tours of the large nursery murals he has painted.
The artist also will work onsite with some paintings to view as he works.
Most of Salsburey’s work is self-generated from his imagination, but he also considers commission ideas, based upon photos and artist license.
