Comedian Lucas Bohn is back with a new show featuring stories about transitioning from elementary teacher to professional comedian.

The show will begin Friday, June 24 at 7:30 p.m. at the Lions Lincoln Theatre, 156 Lincoln Way E., Massillon. Tickets are $20 for all seats. Seats are reserved and may be purchased online at www.lionslincolntheatre.org or by calling 330-481-9105.

Bohn's show combines live storytelling comedy and a multi-media presentation. He has shared the stage with Dave Chappelle, Jimmy Fallon and Kevin Hart. Parade Magazine called it a "comedic multi-media masterpiece."

Bohn said, “I’ve always been very interested in comedy. When I was young, I would borrow comedy tapes from our local library and spend hours listening to them. Rodney Dangerfield and Henny Youngman were my favorites. When I was in the seventh grade, my grandparents took me on a cruise, and I entered a talent show. I told about 10 minutes of jokes, and it was a huge hit. I loved the feeling of people laughing at me. It just felt right, like I was supposed to do something where I was in front of people.

"I love when I tell a joke about my life and after the show somebody comes up to me and says ‘we’ve been through that’ or ‘that’s happened to us.’ Comedy is everywhere in life. I feel that I have a great way of finding the funny in everyday situations and making people laugh about it."
