The Wilderness Center Nature Photo Club will meet Saturday, Feb. 23 at 9:30 a.m. at The Wilderness Center, 9877 Alabama Ave. SW, Wilmot.

Local photographer Paul Keske will present the second of a two-part program, Camera Fundamentals.

In this series Keske will help participants better understand their camera’s exposure modes so they can create the photos they want. Students will learn the practical side of using Aperture Priority, Shutter Priority and the Manual Mode and the whys behind choosing one over another. Along the way they'll explore both the technical and the artistic reasons to choose an exposure mode and how to control each of these.

Keske has been a photographer most of his life. After decades of film photography, he switched to digital in 2008. In addition to presenting programs on the basics of photography, he also teaches classes in post-processing using Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop Elements and Lightroom. He is the current president of the Ashland Photography Club.

This program is free and open to the public. More information is available at www.twcnpc.com.
