“Toy Story 2”
"Toy Story 2" (G)Starring the voices of Tom Hanks, Tim Allen and just about everybody else from the first film. In addition to these folks there's Wayne Knight, Joan Cusack and Kelsey Grammer as the voices behind three new characters.
DT: Pixar is now three for three. After the success of "Toy Story" and "A Bug's Life" they've done it again, creating a wonderful and welcome addition to the ranks of full length animated films. If you liked the first film you are sure to like this one.
Initially meant to be a straight to video release, Disney execs, after seeing a preview, decided that it was promising enough to hit the big screen, forcing animator Pixar to put the film through a lot of revisions and additions. Fortunately for us, all of Pixar's hard work has paid off in the form of a great story with humor and emotion. This film probably has more character development than many of the "live action" movies out there.
If you haven't already seen this film, drop whatever you are doing and rush out now and see it.
