All kinds of sales and discounts will make Maysville Days the place to be

                        
Nestled in the hills of Amish Country near U.S. Route 250 and state Route 241 is the small town of Maysville, a predominantly Amish community where buggies are commonplace. The town will celebrate Maysville Days Wednesday, June 24 through Saturday, June 27. There will be varied hours for each business from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. An assortment of discounts will be on hand as well as refreshments for all. Some of the shops will be offering various sales and bargains with savings from 10-60 percent off on items listed. There will also be a benefit bake sale on Friday and Saturday with lots of tasty homemade baked goods. The proceeds of the sale will go to assist a family in need. A chicken barbecue will also be available on Saturday where the donations will go to the Green Valley School. Along with the chicken barbecue will be veal burgers as well as homemade ice cream to enjoy for dessert. Some of the businesses that will be participating in Maysville Days are the Maysville Harness Shop located at 8572 Mount Hope Road. which will be having storewide sales on various items. Maysville Fabrics, located at 10476 Harrison Road, will be having discounts on most fabrics, such as black denim and navy denim, but excluding tri-blend denim. Bargain fabric tables will also be available to search through. Schlabach Furniture, located at 11463 Harrison Road, and Maysville Furniture Showcase, located at 10397 Harrison Road, will be having sales on selected merchandise. Maysville Elevator, located at 10583 Harrison Road, will be having a 10 percent discount on selected Kent Seeds. They will also have a sale on Morton Water Softener Salt, with a 40-pound bag costing $4.25. Morton Rust Remover Super Pellets Salt will be $6.50 for a 40-pound bag. Premier Outdoors, located at 10047 Harrison Road, will have a 10 percent discount on various items, such as compound bows, crossbows, rods, rails and archery equipment.
