Vickie A. Sant, president of First-Knox National Bank, recently announced the promotion of three associates. They are: Joan M. Stout, vice president, Rachelle E. Dallas, assistant vice president, and Nicole S. Au, administrative officer. Stout has been with First-Knox in various capacities since 1977, when she started as a file clerk. She has served as marketing secretary, loan processor, mortgage loan officer, and senior mortgage loan underwriter. She was subsequently promoted to administrative officer and assistant vice president. She is a graduate of Mount Vernon High School, attended North Central Technical College, and completed the Ohio Bankers League Bank Leadership program. She has completed numerous American Institute of Banking (AIB) classes and Leadership Knox. Stout is a member of the Knox County Chamber of Commerce and attends the Fredericktown United Methodist Church. She resides in Fredericktown with her husband, Bill. They have two sons, Matthew and Brian. Dallas joined First-Knox as a teller supervisor in 1999. She has served as a customer service representative, assistant manager, manager, and banking officer. She is a graduate of River View High School and holds a bachelor’s degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, graduating summa cum laude. She is also a member of the Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society of Business. She completed the AIB Banking diploma and graduated from the Leadership Knox program. Dallas is a member of the Knox County Chamber of Commerce and is also a United Way volunteer. She and her husband, Matt, have three sons, Mathew, Dan, and Nathan. They reside in Howard. Au began her career in 2002, as a part-time teller. In 2004, she was promoted to a customer service representative. She has served as an assistant manager and administrative manager. She is a graduate of Clear Fork High School and has attended numerous lending schools and AIB classes. She is a member of the Knox County Chamber of Commerce. Au has served as a volunteer for Distinguished Young Women and Junior Achievement. Au resides in Marengo with her husband, Adam and daughters, Ella and Anna.
