Eddie Steiner, president and chief executive officer of The Commercial & Savings Bank (CSB), recently announced the retirement of Betty Lyon after seven years of service with CSB. Lyon served as the manager of CSBs Orrville Banking Centers and retired on May 31.
Betty has been a key contributor to our growth in the Wayne County market and a valuable member of the team, stated Steiner. She has managed our Orrville Banking Centers since they opened and begins her retirement after 27 years of working in the banking industry.
Steiner also announced that Erica Piatt has joined CSB and assumed manager duties at the two Orrville Banking Centers upon Lyons retirement. Erica is a seasoned Wayne County banker with 18 years of customer service and banking center management experience. She is a wonderful addition to the CSB team and we are eager to see her continue to build and expand our relationships within the greater Orrville area, added Steiner.
