FFD Financial declares quarterly dividend

FFD Financial Corp. (OTC Markets: FFDF) announced that the Board of Directors declared a dividend of eighteen cents ($0.18) per share to shareholders of record April 30, payable May 15. The rate of $0.18 per share represents an increase of one cent ($0.01), or 5.9 percent, over the dividend paid for the same period the prior year and represents an approximate 3.07 percent annualized dividend yield based on the most recent closing share price of $23.45. This is the 73rd consecutive quarter FFD Financial Corp. has paid a dividend.
