FFD Financial declares quarterly dividend

FFD Financial Corporation has announced that on July 19, the board of directors declared a dividend of 17 cents per share to shareholders of record August 1, payable August 15. The rate of 17 cents per share represents the same dividend rate paid for the same period the prior year. This is the 62nd consecutive quarter FFD Financial Corporation has paid a dividend.
