Lori Kiko inducted into the Ohio Auctioneers Hall of Fame

Lori Kiko recently became the first woman and the third generation of her family inducted into the Ohio Auctioneers Association (OAA) Hall of Fame.
The honor is the latest in a long line of awards, honors and recognitions for the Stark County native. Lori joins her father, grandfather and uncle in the OAA Hall of Fame. The induction came as a surprise to Lori and was held at the annual OAA Winter Convention in Dublin on Sunday, Jan. 13.
Lori is an auctioneer and Realtor with KIKO Auctioneers of Canton and has been full time with the family owned and operated company since 1982. Lori has served on the board of directors of the OAA, National Auctioneers Association, and Stark County Association of Realtors. She recently served a three-year term on the Ohio Auctioneers Commission, a position appointed by former Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland.
In 1997, Lori won the Womens Division of the International Auctioneers Championship and has served as a judge for countless bid calling and auctioneers contests across the nation. Lori is a real estate broker and has completed the Graduate Real Estate Institute and Certified Estate Specialist designations.
The Ohio Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame was established in 1986 to honor auctioneers and industry leaders that have made a positive impact on the auction industry and exhibited exemplary service to the profession.
The first OAA Hall of Fame induction included Loris grandfather, Russ Kiko, who founded KIKO Auctioneers in 1945. Loris father, Richard Kiko Sr., was inducted in 1991 and Loris uncle, James Kiko, was inducted in 2003.
