PRC employee-owners recently presented generous donations to several area nonprofit organizations. Over the past few years, PRCs information technologies (IT) department has offered used computer equipment for sale to employees and the proceeds from those sales went to a different charity each year. This year, the employee-owners were asked to vote on their favorite local charity and the sale proceeds totaling $3,700 were then divided among the top five charities. The charities were Wayne County Childrens Services - Christmas Make-a-Wish Program; Viola Startzman Free Clinic; Ida Sue and Nick Amster Workshops; Wayne County Humane Society; and People to People Ministries.
Representatives from these organizations were recently invited to PRC for a brief reception where the donations were awarded.
