Immaculate Conception Catholic Church welcomes new pastor

                        
Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 206 North First Street, Dennison, welcomed the Rev. Anthony Lonzo as pastor July 14. Previously, he was parochial vicar at Saint Matthew Church in Gahanna. He replaced Father Martin Ralko, who has accepted another pastorate in the Diocese of Columbus.
Lonzo was ordained to the Catholic priesthood June 25, 2005, at Saint Joseph Cathedral by the Most Rev. Frederick F. Campbell, Bishop of Columbus.
A native of Mt. Vernon, Lonzo earned a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from the Pontifical College Josphinum, Columbus; a master’s of theology from the Pontifical North American College, Rome, Italy; and a bachelor’s in sacred theology from Gregorian University, Rome.
