Union Hill Church hosting Women’s Conference
Union Hill Church of Sugarcreek will host a Women’s Conference on Saturday, March 22 at the church located at 7877 Union Hill Road NW in Sugarcreek.
Guest speakers for the daylong session are from the Mama Bear Apologetics, Amy Davison and Lindsey Medenwaldt. The Mama Bear team has spoken all over the U.S., covering topics like doubt, prayer, world religion, sexuality, science and how to have conversations with others about apologetics.
Davison speaks about biblical sexuality, secular grooming of boys and girls, preparing kids for apologetics, biblical reliability, and cultural challenges to the faith while Medenwaldt speaks about world religions, the basics of apologetics, worldview, leaving a legacy of faith, discipleship, talking to people of other faiths and bridge-building.
The event will start at 8:30 a.m. with coffee and fellowship, followed by two sessions led by the speakers from 9:30-11:45 a.m. Lunch will be from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., followed by two more sessions from 1-3:30 p.m.
