Dover VFW Ladies Auxiliary welcomes district president, Oct. 12

The Dover VFW Ladies Auxiliary was called to order by president, Margaret Stocker on Sept. 14. The treasurers report was accepted. The secretary, Sandy Edwards, read the minutes and they were accepted.
In new business, applications for Voice of Democracy can be obtained by calling Cindy Ulrich. The deadline is Nov. 1. The auxiliary will be holding a bake sale on Nov. 6 at the Memorial Hall for a fundraiser. Call Cindy Ulrich about donating baked goods, at 330-343-7024.
The auxiliary welcomed new and transferred members, Carol Ditto and Joanne Porter.
The next meeting will be on Oct. 12. They will have the district president as a guest. Refreshments will follow this meeting at the Dover Geib Funeral Center at 7 p.m. All members are welcome.
