Twelve members of TOPS OH1573 Nashville answered roll call with their loss or gain, then reported on their pledge from last week. The club lost 7 3/4 pounds. Susan Schlabach was their best weekly loser. She told them to write down everything they ate and to stay under 1,200 calories. Rita Sprang was their best re-dedicated loser. She told them to exercise. Tom Alexander was their best KOPS. He said to set goals. Their weight recorder created a chart for the Valentine’s contest. Alexander passed out commemorative pound bankbooks to all members present. The program on creating and setting realistic goals continued from last week. The program leader showed a chart from My Day One. Members shared their weight loss goals. Next week Martha Kuhns will have the program. The club meets Wednesdays with weigh-in at 5:30 p.m. and the meeting at 5:45 p.m. Everyone is welcome. For more information, call 330-378-5362 or 330-377-4145.
