Nifty Harvesters 4-H meets
The Nashville Nifty Harvesters 4-H group met July 20 at Nashville Church of Christ with the upcoming Holmes County Fair among the topics discussed.
Eight members of the Nashville Nifty Harvesters 4-H group met July 20 at Nashville Church of Christ.
The pledges were led by Matthew. Previous meeting minutes were read by the secretary. Members received tie-dyed T-shirts, which were paid for out of club dues. The shirts will go with the ‘80s-themed fair booth.
Three members gave presentations about their 4-H projects: Joycie discussed cake decorating and sewing, Clare discussed her market hog and beekeeping, and Haydn presented her dog project. Any members who have not yet presented projects will need to do so at the next meeting.
The meeting concluded with homemade cake made by Joycie. The next meeting will be Aug. 3.
