This old display of blacksmith tools was in my museum in Charm and sold at auction when the building was dismantled. The anvil would have brought a lot more if it were sold by the pound.
Recent auction prices: Small anvil, $20; Marx R.R. toy set, $30; crock chick waterer, $50; baseball glove, $10; spice set, $30; copper vase, $30; oil lamp, $20; Watt bowl, $15; popcorn popper, $4; crock jug, $12.50; butter mold, $27.50; Akron cream can, $15; band saw, $20; Cyclone seeder, $10; ice tongs, $5; whetstone wheel, $25; wood rake, $17.50; brown crock jug, $17.50; candle mold, $32.50; wash tub, $20; cream can, $30; oil lamp, $22.50; Seth Thomas mantle clock, $25; copper teapot, $22.50; childs rocker, $25; small Dover iron, $27.50; corn planter, $12.50; and a nice copper wash boiler with lid was a good buy for $37.50.
Happy hunting, Brooks.
