Group to host oratory contest

                        
Wayne-Holmes Right to Life is accepting registrants for their Pro-Life Oratory Contest. The contest is for sophomores, juniors, and seniors in high school and involves a 5-7 minute speech on abortion, adoption, euthanasia, or embryonic stem cell research from a pro-life perspective. Speeches need not be memorized. Cash prizes of $100, $50, and $25 will be awarded to the first, second, and third place finishers, respectively. The first-place winner will have the opportunity to compete at Ohio Right to Life’s statewide competition in April. The local event is at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 29, at the Wayne County Public Library in Wooster. Students must be registered in advance.
