Indian Valley graduates accept Warwick Lions scholarships

                        
The Warwick Lions Club recently announced the winners of their 2010 scholarships. Mindy Bober, Kayla Krocker, and Kimberly Quillen are all graduates of Indian Valley High School and plan to attend college in the fall. Mindy Bober is the daughter of Tim and Debbie Bober. She has been an outstanding athlete and is a member of the National Honor Society. She has been attending Kent State while in high school and hopes to earn a degree in speech pathology. Kayla Krocker is the daughter of Joe and Wanda Krocker and plans to attend Ohio State University. She has been extremely active in band and is a member of the National Honor Society. She has been a volunteer at Union Hospital for several years. Kimberly Quillen is the daughter of Curt and Melanie Quillen and plans to attend Kent State University for paralegal studies. She is a member of the National Honor Society, has worked on the yearbook staff, and provides solos for local churches. She has been taking classes at Kent State for two years and providing elderly health care. The Warwick Lions provide scholarships annually to high school seniors who live in Warwick Township. This year there were nine applicants.
