New Philadelphia's preschool program has openings for the 2018-19 school year. Preschools are located at East Elementary, West Elementary and the South Preschool Center, located within Starlight School.
Requirements for the preschool program require students to be 3 years of age by Aug. 1 and live in the New Philadelphia City School District. Students may attend at a reduced rate based on income.
